Shred sweet peppers, pork and onions
2 level tablespoonfuls of satay powder、a hint of soy sauce
1 tablespoonful of Oyster sauce
2 tablespoonfuls of Sweet noodle sauce
1 tablespoonful of thick broad-bean sauce
1/2 teaspoonful of sugar、a hint of salt
100g water with 1 tablespoonful of potato starch/ cornstarch
1.Marinate the pork
2.Stir-fry garlic, put onions into the pan and continue frying.
3.Add the pork and sweet peppers and fry
4.Add all of spices and fry
5.Add the potato starch water and cook 3 minutes
I have no satay sauce, that’s why I used satay powder instead of it.
