1/4 cup oil
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoonful of black pepper
1/2 teaspoonful of garlic powder
Mix oil, honey, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic powder and stir well to make marinade. Reserve a small amount of marinade to brush onto meats while cooking. Put the cutlet and sweet peppers into the bowl, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours (the longer the better).
Preheat the oven. Spread the aluminum foil on the roasting tin and put the cutlet and sweet peppers on it. Then grill for 12 to 15 minutes. In the meantime, don’t forget to take them out, turn to the other side and spread some marinade.
