蔥烤雞腿排

看了果味山的小湯匙的鹽味香蔥烤雞*
決定買雞腿自行處理成雞腿排,很搞工,但成功!
我看,我可以改行了,哈哈…

材料:雞腿排二塊,蔥二根,鹽一小匙,壽喜燒醬一小匙

作法:
1.蔥切成蔥花,加入一小匙的鹽,和少許的香油拌一拌備用
2.將蔥花抹在雞腿排上,並抹上少許的壽喜燒醬
3.皮朝上,放進烤箱烤至金黃即可
4.拿出,切塊,排放在白飯即可,淋上雞腿的湯汁,完成!!

就是這麼簡單,咬下去的第一口,嗯~~~好吃!
