三色豆炒雞丁

這道菜,我是參照「阿基師59元出好菜」當中的「鍋粑蝦仁」改編的啦…
因為蝦在德國算是上等食材,我吃不起;p
所以,我改用雞丁代替。至於鍋粑嘛?直接配飯就好了,不要麻煩了,一切從簡^^

作法:
1.雞肉切丁,加入蛋白、太白粉拌勻,放一旁備用。
2.油熱鍋,加入各一匙的蕃茄醬、豆瓣醬,炒香
3.加入三色豆(玉米粒、青豆仁、紅蘿蔔丁)、一碗水、一點點醬油、糖,拌炒一下
4.放進雞肉丁炒一下,等雞肉熟了勾一下薄芡
5.最後再放一點蔥花、麻油拌一下,就可以起鍋

再搭配一顆荷包蛋,Yeah~perfekt!!

荷包蛋要煎得漂亮很簡單,照平常的步驟,不翻面,而是放進一、二匙的水、蓋上鍋蓋,利用水蒸氣將表面蒸熟。這樣…就有很"水"的蛋了喔^^
