鮮奶酪

作法,我參照「世界的一點~Wetzlar」*
吉利丁片在REWE買的,0.69歐,六片全用了,泡在冷水中,泡軟備用。
我想說250g的牛奶做起來應該很少,所以一次就用500g。
糖就變成90g,加進牛奶中,加熱融化…
再放進Schlagsahne(鮮奶油),泡軟的吉利丁片,拌勻。
倒入保鮮盒放涼後,再放入冰箱…
我冰了一個晚上,因為怕沒有凝結

吃之前,又放了些巧克力、草莓裝飾…
Danny說,其實,單這樣吃就很好吃了^^
還有就是我的Schlagsahne只買了一瓶200g,所以造成上層有奶酪的效果,下層有果凍的感覺~~”,不過,還是很好吃。只是,下次要記得多買一瓶就是了…
