馬鈴薯配菜頭湯

馬鈴薯放到快壞了,所以就趕快削一削、水煮。
奶油熱鍋,把煮好的馬鈴薯切塊,放進去炒一炒,半煎狀態。
有點焦黃,就可以裝盤。搭蕃茄醬吃,很讚喔~

菜頭湯就不用教了吧!
肉骨用熱水川燙一下,菜頭削皮、切塊。
全部一起放進電鍋煮個二次。
最後再加點鹽調味就ok了^^

沒想到Danny說「蛋花湯比較好喝」
哈~因為他覺得啃骨頭很麻煩…
不識貨的傢伙;p
