沙茶牛肉麵

材料:蒜、太白粉、醬油、沙茶粉、蔥段、牛肉絲*

作法:
1)牛肉切絲,加入太白粉、醬油少許、沙茶粉拌勻備用。
2)蒜、蔥段(白色部分)爆香,加入沙茶牛肉拌炒,再放進剩餘的蔥段炒一下。
3)再加入煮好的麵、一點點水,適當的調味(鹽、糖、醬油看個人喜好),拌一下**就可以裝盤了。

哥哥說看起來滿好吃的,「哥~那回家再做給你吃厚~」^^

*如果有肉片的話,那就更好囉~
**我拌太多下了,所以牛肉有點硬~”~,不過,麵有入味,好吃!
