炒麵

雖然昨晚已向媽媽請教如何做炒麵了
但,還是有點亂炒的感覺

肉的部分,在REWE有看到類似像「三層肉」,就買回來先燙過,在丟進電鍋滷,成果還不錯喔~煮熟放涼,切條。

麵的部分,因為是用義大利麵,比較費時(大約八分鐘),所以要先煮…

在這同時,就切點蒜、洋蔥、ㄔㄨㄚˋ點紅蘿蔔(剛好Danny有工具,就不切了)
本來是要泡點香菇的(爆香用),可是忘了拿過來,加上他也不愛,那就算了…

作法:
1.熱鍋,蒜爆香,依序放入肉條、洋蔥、紅蘿蔔拌炒
2.炒乾後,加醬油拌一下,讓食材入味後
3.放入麵、滷肉的湯汁或水/香菇水,均勻的拌一拌
4.試味道,不夠鹹、加點鹽,最後再灑上點胡椒,完成!!

PS.電爐的溫度,真的不好掌握,害我爆香時,被噴了好次下…
